Sonoma County wine events in June 2017 offer you the chance to sample wines and gourmet goodies at wineries around the region. You will find bbqs, special dinners, hikes, release parties and more all month long.

In addition, you will find a variety of fun events planned on Father's Day Weekend. Read on for more information on the top things to do in Sonoma this month.

Sonoma County Wine Events in June

June 3 & 4

Cast Wines: Lobster Fest (4th), each person will enjoy lobster, shrimp, corn on the cob, and more, sample the release of their Chardonnay, members $95, non-members $115, call for reservations at (707) 431-1225

June 10 & 11

Kunde Family Wines: Hike & Taste in the Vineyards (11th), hike around the Kunde property and vineyards as you learn more about and sample their wines, $15 wine club members, $30 for guests, starts at 9am and includes some wine tasting, bring along your own lunch, reservations required

Martin Ray Vineyards & Winery: James Beard Celebrity Chef Dinner "BBQ at It's Best" (10th), sample delicous dishes from nationally recognized chefs on their patio in Santa Rosa including Host Chefs Mark and Terri Stark, Chef Kevin Nashan, Chef Billy Ngo, and Chef Scott Roberts, $175 per person, $165 for club members

Mayo Family Winery: Oysters & Bubbles (11th), sample three of their sparkling wines as you enjoy raw and barbeque oysters, $25 per person which includes 6 oysters and the chance to try between 10 to 12 of their wines

Mazzocco Winery: Winemaker Vineyard Picnic (10th), their annual summer picnic with delicious food and a chance to taste their 2015 vintage Zinfandels, 11am to 4pm

Meadowcroft Wines: Summer Wine Carafe Party (10th), refill your carafe or buy a new one at this summer event, 4:30pm to 7pm at the winery

Mill Creek Vineyards: Salute to Summer (10th & 11th), enjoy white wines and food samples, price is included with your tasting fee

June 17 & 18 (Father's Day Weekend)

Bartholomew Park Winery: Picnic in the Park, Hog Island Oysters and Sauvignon Blanc (18th), 12pm to 3pm in their Oak Grove, $30 for guests, $20 for wine club members

Benziger Family Winery: Tribute to Dear Ol' Dad (18th), BBQ lunch with dad approved wine tasting

Chateau Diana: Celebrate Dad on his special day with a picnic at Chateau Diana, bring along your own picnic lunch, reservations for picnic tables required

Clos du Bois: Celebrate Dad (18th), enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine, bring the family for family friendly games on the lawn, $40 per person, $20 for wine club members

DeLoach Vineyards: Summer Solstice Celebration (17th), sit down vertical tasting and a 4-course dinner with wines, RSVP at 707-755-3300

Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards: Father's Day Pizza, Brews, & Bubbles (17th), spend a relaxing day at the vineyard with pizza and bubbley wine, general admission $70, member price $60-$65

Imagery Estate Winery: Gallery Days (18th), meet the 2015 Primitivo label designer, get her autograph on a bottle of wine or print while you are there, 1pm to 3pm

J. Rickards Winery: Open Barn! (17th), annual open house, serving up slow cooked ribs with their summer wines, contact Lynn at Lynn@jrwinery.com to RSVP

Kunde Family Wines: Dog Hike with Jeff Kunde (17th), enjoy a hike around the Kunde Estate and vineyards with Jeff and his dog Cooper, learn about their wine making, at the end of the hike you will enjoy lunch and some wine tasting, 9am to 1:15pm, some of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go to support Canine Companions and Sonoma County Humane Society, $75 per person, reservations are required

Lambert Bridge: Chef's Table Series (16 - 18), wine and food pairing event with dishes made by Spoonbar Executive Chefs Casey and Patrick Van Voorhis, 11am to 3pm, $95 for members, $125 per person for non-members

Martinelli Winery & Vineyards: Lolita Ranch Dinner (17th), enjoy an evening at the winery with food prepared by Chef Francesco Torre of Forestville's Canneti Roadhouse Italiana, reception starts at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, reservations required

Meadowcroft Wines: 3rd Annual Father's Day Pig Roast (18th)

Pellegrini Wine Company: Rose and Riesling Release Party (17th), taste the newly released wines, sample small bites, and take home a souvenir logo glass, 1pm to 4pm

Soda Rock Winery: Dads and Cabs Event (18th), 12pm to 3pm

Stonestreet Estate Vineyards: Summer Soiree (17), oysters with Chardonnay and other season bites with their reds, $45 for public, $35 for members, 12pm to 3pm

Chateau Diana: Music, food, wine slushies and activities all day on the 24th

Dry Creek Vineyard: Summer of Zin Concert (24th), spend the day listening to the Sun Kings, the Bay Area's premier Beatles cover band, sample wines and food throughout the day, gates open at noon and the concert begins at 1pm, $35 per person, $28 for wine club members

Gustafson Family Vineyards: Mid-Summer Event (24th), afternoon event in the tasting room, runs from 12pm to 4pm, contact them for more details and to reserve your spot today, 707-433-2371

Jacuzzi Wines: Pizza in the Piazza (25th), from 12pm to 3pm have lunch at the winery, $10 for a glass of wine and a piece of pizza, $30 for a bottle of wine plus a full pizza

Korbel Champagne Cellars: 2nd Annual Bubbles & Bags Cornhole Tournament (24th), teams compete for prizes, enjoy a BBQ lunch, sample Korbel's sparking wine, and live music after the event

Landmark Vineyards: Lobster Fed (30th), Landmark Courtyard from 6pm to 9pm, $100 for members, $125 regular price for the general public
